The model guesses what you will do. The score is just those guesses, multiplied by a public price list.
Phoenix looks at what the viewer recently did — up to 1,024 actions — and at each candidate post. It outputs chances: like, reply, repost, quote, share, copy-link, follow, not-interested, mute, block, report, and more.
Home Mixer then does the only math that matters:
score = each weight × each chance, added up
That number is a policy. Not a mysterious “relevance.”
