Concrete job: two things. Find tweets from people you don’t follow. Then guess what you’ll do with each tweet on the page.

Find. You don’t follow Bob. Phoenix retrieval looks at what you recently liked, replied to, watched… and pulls up to 1,000 nearby posts. That is how a stranger lands on your For You.

Score. For every candidate — follow or stranger — Phoenix guesses chances: will you like, reply, copy the link, send it, mute, report… Home Mixer multiplies those chances by a public price list (copy-link +20, like +0.5, report −234) and that sum is the score.

Phoenix does not build the page. It does not hide spam. It only finds and guesses. Home Mixer and Visibility Filtering do the rest.
