Ads go next to the low-risk posts. At least 5 real posts stay on the page. About 3 organics between ads. An ad is never parked next to a medium-risk post. How ads are chosen and priced is not in this repo — only how they are placed.

Who to follow lands around slot 6, then stays away for about 30 hours so it does not haunt every refresh.

Prompts can sit at the very top.

On Following Latest, ads sit between conversations, never inside a thread. “Who to follow” only appears if the page already has more than 10 posts.
